This site and the restaurant at 2500 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34994 are run by Healthy Food Experts 2500 LLC, doing business as Namaste Grill. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who it means. Reach us on (772) 283-5515 or at contact@namastegrillstuart.com.
By browsing or ordering here you agree to these terms. If you do not, please order by phone instead, or eat with us in person.
An order is confirmed when we accept it, not when you submit it. We may decline an order because a dish has sold out, because a delivery address falls outside the area we deliver to, or because we cannot cook it safely for a stated allergy. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.
Times quoted for pickup (25 minutes) and delivery (50 minutes) are estimates. We hit them most of the time and we will tell you when we are not going to.
Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude tax and gratuity. The direct-order discount of 5% applies to orders placed through this site only and is applied at checkout. We may change prices, but never after an order is confirmed.
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame and shellfish. Dishes are tagged as a guide, and we will adapt what we can, but we cannot guarantee a dish is free from traces of an allergen. If a reaction would be serious, please call us before ordering so we can talk it through properly.
These terms govern the text messages Healthy Food Experts 2500 LLC d/b/a Namaste Grill sends from (772) 283-5515. By opting in you agree to them.
We run two message programs, and you consent to them separately:
Tick the box you want on a form on this site, ask us in the restaurant or over the phone, or text us first. The boxes start unticked and you tick them yourself. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You must be 18 or over, and the subscriber or authorised user of the number you give.
Message frequency varies. Order and booking messages arrive as your order or booking moves along, usually two to four per order. Marketing messages are capped at 6 per month.
We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply: that is between you and your carrier, and depends on your plan.
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message from us and we stop. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also call (772) 283-5515 or email contact@namastegrillstuart.com and ask. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other, so tell us if you want both stopped.
Reply HELP or INFO to any message and we send back our contact details, or call (772) 283-5515 or email contact@namastegrillstuart.com directly.
Carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular and their affiliates: are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be deliverable in every area or on every handset, and we cannot promise a message will arrive.
Tell us, or reply STOP from the old number before you give it up. Otherwise messages meant for you go to whoever gets the number next.
How we handle your number, and the promise that we never share your mobile opt-in with anyone for marketing, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Giving us your number for an order, a booking or a catering enquiry means we may call you or leave a voicemail about it. We only call about marketing with automated, prerecorded or artificial-voice systems if you have separately given prior express written consent, which you can withdraw at any time by telling us. Ask us to stop calling and we add you to our internal do-not-call list.
Order confirmations, replies to enquiries and catering quotes are part of doing business with us and continue while your order or enquiry is live. Marketing email, the newsletter, offers and event announcements, goes only to people who signed up for it, carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address in every send, and stops promptly once you unsubscribe, at the latest within ten business days.
Catering quotes are valid for 30 days. A signed quote and a deposit confirm the booking. Final guest numbers are due 72 hours before the event and are what we invoice against.
The text, photographs, menu and branding here belong to Namaste Grill. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Linking to us is always welcome.
When you order through UberEats, DoorDash, BeyondMenu or Grubhub, that platform's terms govern the transaction, including their delivery, refund and dispute processes.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Martin County, Florida hear any dispute about them.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Carrying on using the site or the messaging programs after that means you accept the new version.
